The starting point
Can we transform water residues into useful, meaningful materials?
The drinking water we consume generates sludge at treatment plants. RE‑DAR explores the material feasibility of those residues and turns them into something useful and expressive.
The result is a ceramic paint whose texture and tone vary with the metallic load of each city's greywater, making visible, and measurable, what we usually hide when we empty the tap.

RE‑DAR turns an invisible residue into valuable material: a paint that communicates the origin of its matter. A technical solution and, at once, a critical narrative.
Turning the discarded into matter that speaks forces us to rethink the value of the everyday. RE‑DAR is both a material experiment and a pedagogical gesture.
